We’re offering a £40,000 basic salary with OTE up to £45,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing development opportunities.

This is based on a 45-hour per week role, working Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm.

About the Role

As Workshop Controller, you’ll play a vital role in the daily operation of a very busy and successful dealership.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning and allocating jobs to technicians to optimise time, resources, and customer satisfaction.
• Supporting and mentoring your team to ensure high standards of work and productivity.
• Monitoring job progress and ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
• Communicating effectively with the service team to coordinate priorities and workflow.

What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Workshop Controller within a main dealer environment
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with people from all backgrounds
• A full, valid UK driving licence.
