We have a great opportunity for an experienced Workshop Controller to join us. Reporting into the Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the staff and facilities of the Workshop efficiently. You'll motivate technicians to ensure targets are being met as well as ensuring a high level of productivity and quality of service is being delivered. You will also be responsible for tracking the progress of vehicles through the Workshop and liaising with Service Reception thereby maintaining customer satisfaction. So if you think you can make a difference and motivate other team members to achieve their business goals, then this could be the role for you.
Do you have good understanding or vehicle servicing, repairs and diagnostics?
Do you have previous experience working as a Workshop Controller or similar?
Have you led a team and been responsible for setting and maintaining high standards or conduct and performance?
