Workshop Controller

This is an integral part of the Aftersales department, working in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for an experienced Workshop controller to join our aftersales team. Reporting directly to the Aftersales Manager and ensuring efficient and high-quality servicing and repairs are achieved whilst driving customer satisfaction.

• Must be highly organised and able to multitask.
• Leading and managing a workshop team with strong team developmental focus
• Allocating work to technicians whilst ensuring work standards and time scales are achieved.
• Technical and problem-solving abilities
• Driving the brand standards to ensure they are always maintained .
• Keeping track of workshop productivity and ensuring all KPI’s are achieved.
• Driving customer satisfaction scores
• Being the main point of contact for the front of house team to ensure customers are kept up to date.

• Must have a proven track record in a Workshop controller position.
• Proficiency with workshop management software
• Must have strong communication and organisational skills
• Team Player mentality
• Must be experienced in team management
• Will have a technical and problem-solving background
• Have worked in a fast-paced main dealer environment.
• Have exceptional man management skills.

The Service team

Working in the Service team at Mon Motors means supporting customers throughout their ownership experience and ensuring every vehicle is maintained to the highest standard. From managing bookings and keeping customers informed to coordinating with technicians in the workshop, you help deliver a smooth and professional aftersales service.

You will be part of a focused team that values clear communication, accuracy, and proactive organisation. Whether you are advising on maintenance work, preparing job cards, or ensuring vehicles are ready for collection, your role is essential to the efficiency of our aftersales operations. With structured training, modern systems, and strong managerial support, you will have the tools to build your knowledge and provide a consistently reliable service to every customer.
