Workshop Controller

• Job Allocation & Tracking: Assign tasks to Service Technicians based on job requirements, monitor progress to meet completion times, and keep Service Advisors informed of any changes.
• Parts Coordination: Work closely with the Parts department to ensure timely parts availability, tracking, and follow-ups for efficient job completion.
• Documentation & Compliance: Ensure accurate completion of job cards, detailing all services, repairs, and parts used, in line with manufacturer standards.
• Workshop Organisation & Safety: Maintain workshop cleanliness, safety protocols, and manage overtime as needed to meet demand.
• Purchasing & Health Standards: Authorise purchase orders for required parts and uphold health and safety practices to ensure a hazard-free environment.
