Turn your eye for detail into outstanding results as a Wheel Technician at Hyundai Derby. Bring alloy wheels back to their best through expert refurbishment, repairing cosmetic scuffs and scratches and delivering a high-quality finish. Take pride in transforming vehicle appearance while developing your skills with a supportive team.

£2,000 joining bonus available for all experienced Technicians.

Potential Target Earnings: up to £50,000, with UNCAPPED earning potential.

Guaranteed bonus for your first 3 months - details to be discussed at interview.

What you’ll bring

  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Experience in alloy wheel refurbishment, including repairing cosmetic scuffs, scratches and kerb damage.
  • Strong skills in wheel preparation, sanding, colour matching, painting and finishing, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confidence assessing wheel damage, identifying suitable refurbishment methods and managing your workload efficiently.
  • A commitment to safe working practices, consistent repair quality and working collaboratively to prepare vehicles to a high standard.
