Job Title – Warranty / Service Administrator

Salary

• £27,000 – £28,000 per year

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm
• NO WEEKENDS

The role

We’re seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Warranty / Service Administrator to support a busy aftersales department.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring warranty processes are handled efficiently, accurately, and in line with Stellantis manufacturer standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer and process warranty claims in a timely and accurate manner
• Ensure all documentation meets manufacturer and audit requirements
• Liaise with service advisors, technicians, and Stellantis brand requirements to resolve queries
• Monitor warranty submissions and follow up on outstanding claims
• Conduct customer pre-calls to confirm bookings, gather relevant information, and ensure a smooth service experience
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal procedures
• Support the service team with general administrative duties

About You

• Previous experience in a service or warranty administration role (automotive preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of processes
• Confident communicator with a proactive and professional approach
• Comfortable making outbound pre-calls to customers
• Familiarity with dealer management systems is advantageous
