Warranty Administrator / Service Advisor

About the Role

• Managing the accurate and timely completion of all warranty-related administration, ensuring compliance with manufacturer and group policies
• Overseeing warranty submissions, tracking claims, and resolving any discrepancies efficiently
• Acting as the key link between customers and the workshop, delivering a professional service from booking through to vehicle collection
• Welcoming customers and keeping them informed throughout the repair and service process
• Proactively managing follow-ups to maintain strong customer relationships and satisfaction
• Supporting customers with vehicle maintenance, repairs, and service plans, acting as a trusted advisor
• Ensuring all processes meet departmental objectives, legal requirements, and high customer service standards

About You

• Previous experience in an administrative or customer-facing role, ideally within the automotive industry
• Knowledge of warranty processes or service advising is highly desirable (training provided where needed)
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workload effectively across multiple responsibilities
• Confident IT user; Kerridge experience is advantageous but not essential
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, customer-first mindset
• A team player who can stay calm under pressure and build positive working relationships
