Baylis Worcester is looking for a skilled and motivated Vehicle Technician to join our Aftersales team. Working across Vauxhall, Mitsubishi and Leapmotor vehicles, you'll carry out servicing, repairs, maintenance and diagnostics while delivering high standards of workmanship and customer care.
With an increasingly diverse range of petrol, hybrid and fully electric vehicles across our brands, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your technical skills and future-proof your career. The Role
As a Vehicle Technician, you will:
Diagnose, service and repair Vauxhall, Mitsubishi and Leapmotor vehicles.
Carry out routine maintenance and vehicle health checks.
Complete customer video health checks.
Identify and advise on any additional work required.
Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer and company standards.
Develop your knowledge across petrol, hybrid and electric vehicle technology.
Keep up to date with the latest vehicle systems through ongoing manufacturer and technical training.
Maintain a safe, organised and productive working environment.
About You
You will:
Hold a minimum Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair qualification.
Have a minimum of 3 years' experience working as a Vehicle Technician in a workshop environment.
Hold a full UK Driving Licence.
Have strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
Be organised, reliable and detail-focused.
Enjoy working as part of a team.
Take pride in delivering excellent customer service.
Be keen to develop your skills across new technologies, including hybrid and electric vehicles.
An MOT Tester qualification is preferred but not essential.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Every other Saturday
