Your Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and service BMW and MINI vehicles to manufacturer standards.
Deliver exceptional technical expertise within a premium automotive environment.
Carry out vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs efficiently and accurately.
Use diagnostic equipment and technology to identify and resolve faults.
Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality and safety standards.
Contribute to outstanding customer satisfaction through high-quality workmanship.
Maintain BMW brand standards and uphold the company's commitment to excellence.
Requirements
NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience working as a Technician within a franchised dealership (BMW experience and certification preferred)
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with BMW diagnostic systems (e.g., ISTA, Autologic).
Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
Full UK driving licence.
Passionate about automotive technology and the BMW Brand.
Professional, reliable and customer focused.
