We’re offering a basic salary up to £42,500, depending on your skills and experience. This is based on a 42‑hour working week, with the added opportunity to earn an over‑performance bonus.

Join us and receive a £4,000 sign-on bonus, with £2,000 paid in your first month and a further £2,000 after 13 months of service as a reward for your commitment.

We’re growing our team and looking for individuals who take pride in producing high-quality work. In this role, you’ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing BMW vehicles to the precise standards associated with the brand. From routine servicing to complex diagnostic and repair work, your expertise will help ensure first‑time fixes and outstanding customer satisfaction.

What we’re looking for:

• Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 qualification
• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician
• MOT licence preferred but not essential
• Your own tools
• Full UK driving licence
