Vehicle Technician

We’re welcoming applications from Vehicle Technicians, across various levels and experience.

What you’ll earn as a base salary:

• Basic pay range depending on your level £30,000 to £43,000

Additional earnings you’ll get:

• Based on your own productivityUncapped Individual Bonus Scheme –
• Our Technicians earn on average £500 or more per month in bonus
• OTE £36,000 – £49,000

Working Hours

• 40 hours per week

You can choose to do either:

• 4 DAY WEEK 10 hour shift
• 5 DAY WEEK 8 hour shift
• Only 1 in 3 Saturdays 8am – 12noon

What you’ll be doing:

Depending on your level and experience, key tasks are:

• Carry out services, repairs and maintenance on customer vehicles
• Utilise diagnostic equipment to identify and address issues
• Diagnose faults across mechanical, electrical and EV systems
• Road test vehicles before and after repair work
• Communicate with customers to explain repair findings and recommendations
• Complete documentation accurately and efficiently

What qualifications and experience you’ll need:

• NVQ Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification (or equivalent)
• Experienced Technicians with a Level 2 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification will be considered
• Workshop experience working for a franchised car dealership or independent garage
• Motivation to develop your skills
• Must hold a full UK driving licence
