Salary

• Basic annual pay up £28,000
• + bonus scheme
• OTE from £33,000

Great Working Hours

• Monday to Friday 8:00am – 4.30pm
• No weekends
• 22 days holiday + bank holidays

SB Wakefield is a family owned, family run business, that first opened its doors back in 2004 by Simon Bowett and then in 2009 went on to acquire the Citroen franchise to become SB Wakefield which remains on Ings Road today, opposite Sainsburys in the heart of Wakefield.

Today the business is run by Simon’s son, John Bowett and they are now your main dealer for Citroen, Fiat and Abarth and Authorised Repairers for Cars and Vans in the region.

SB Wakefield offers a range of specialist services, all carried out by a team of highly trained Citroen, Fiat and Abarth experts to keep your car in tip top condition. Collectively we have well over 100 years of experience in the Workshop.

Due to expansion they require another Vehicle Technician to join and grown with their existing workshop team.

What you’ll be doing

• Carry out services, repairs and maintenance on customer vehicles
• Conduct vehicle inspections to identify potential problems and recommend appropriate solutions
• Utilise diagnostic equipment to identify and address issues
• Learning and developing your skills through manufacturer training and support and guidance from the team

We are looking for someone who has

• Level 2 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification
• Ideally with 1 years Vehicle Technician experience
• UK Driving Licence is essential
