Experienced Vehicle Technician

· Salary £32,000 – 37,000 negotiable dependant on experience

Position: Experienced Vehicle Technician
Location: Colchester Essex

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Vehicle Technician to join our family run business which has been established for over 50 years, representing Jeep, Alfa Romeo, Fiat and Abarth

Working Hours & Benefits

  • Monday to Friday with some Saturday mornings on a flexible rota basis
  • 8.00am – 5.00pm with a 1-hour lunch break
  • 4 weeks holiday per year plus bank holidays

Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality vehicle maintenance and repairs, following manufacturer standards and guidelines
  • Conduct MOT testing (where applicable)
  • Collaborate effectively with the service reception team and workshop controller for seamless workflow and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Fully qualified/experienced Vehicle Technician
  • Current and valid UK Driving Licence
  • Passion for vehicle maintenance and repairs
