Vehicle Technician / Preparation Technician

8.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday – 30 Minutes Lunch (flexibility on start / end times discussed at interview stage)

Joining Bonus: Receive £500 upon joining and another £500 after successful probation.

£32,000 + £6,000 Time Saved Bonus (Uncapped)

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking individuals who are passionate, reliable, and driven to grow with us. The ideal candidate will have:

• Relevant qualifications – NVQ Level 3 in Light Motor Vehicle Repair
• A passion for customer service and teamwork.
• A proactive approach to learning, especially around new technologies like EVs and hybrids (where applicable).
• Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, or communication skills tailored to the nature of the role.
• Previous experience in a similar position is required.
