Vehicle Technician – Charles Hurst Kia Belfast
Hours: Monday–Thursday 8:30–5pm, Friday 8:30–4pm, Saturday 9–1pm on a rota basis.
Salary: OTE up to £42,600 (including basic up to £34,000-£36,000 + £6,600 bonus potential)

We’re looking for a highly skilled and motivated Vehicle Technician to join our busy workshop in Belfast. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about their craft and eager to develop into a Master Technician.
The Role
As part of our experienced team, you will:
Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs to a high standard
Work collaboratively with fellow technicians to achieve monthly labour sales targets
Maintain efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Continuously develop your skills with manufacturer training
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a vehicle technician
Strong diagnostic and repair skills
A hard-working team player with a positive attitude
Motivation to progress to Master Technician level
Electric Vehicle (EV) training is highly desirable
