What We Offer at BMW Bristol

  • Uncapped bonus scheme
  • Starting salary of £36,000 for NVQ Level 3 and 2 years experience

Responsibilities

  • Carry out vehicle repairs and maintenance to BMW’s high standards.
  • Diagnose issues using advanced BMW diagnostic tools and technologies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every BMW is serviced to perfection.
  • Continuously develop your skills through BMW’s extensive training programmes.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, ideally within a premium brand, but we will consider all applicants with an NVQ Level 3.
  • A passion for working on high-performance vehicles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Dick Lovett has been representing BMW for over 50 years and opened its Bristol location in 1997. As the largest dealership on the Bristol campus, BMW is also one of the most well-known by customers in the local area. We have team members who commute from around the South West to work in Bristol from Thornbury, Almondsbury, Bristol City Centre and Portbury.

The team works hard to provide a first-class service to both sales and aftersales customers. BMW Bristol is situated in Laurel Court just off the A4018, easily accessible from Junction 17 of the M5 motorway.
