We are offering a basic salary of up to £46,790, depending on skills and experience. This is based on a 41‑hour working week, plus an additional over‑performance bonus opportunity.

WE ARE OFFERING A £2,000 SIGN ON BONUS PAID IN MONTH 1, AND A £2,000 RETENTION BONUS PAID IN MONTH 13!

A brand new workshop built around you

You’ll be joining a newly built, modern Toyota workshop, equipped with the latest diagnostic technology, tools, and EV‑ready facilities. This environment has been designed to support ongoing manufacturer training, safe and efficient working practices, and career progression at every level – making it an ideal opportunity for technicians who want to future‑proof their skills and work with the very latest vehicle technology.

We’re looking for technicians across all levels, and packages on offer are dependent upon experience and qualifications. You can expect salaries such as:

• Service & Maintenance Technician – up to £38,950
• Service & Diagnostic Technician – up to £41,410
• Senior Technician – up to £43,870
• Master Technician – up to £48,790

We are also offering:

• £1,500 sign-on bonus paid in month one
• £1,500 retention bonus paid in month 13

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

• A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3
• Current experience as a Vehicle Technician
• MOT licence preferred but not essential
• Your own set of tools
• A full UK driving licence
