About the Role
Sandicliffe Motor Group is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Vehicle Rental Advisor to join our Lincoln team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in vehicle rental, customer service, or automotive administration who is looking to develop their career within a well-established and inclusive organisation.
You will support the Rental Advisors in delivering a seamless, compliant, and customer-first rental experience, ensuring high standards are maintained across all stages of the rental journey.
Responsibilities
Support Rental Advisors with daily rental operations, bookings, and vehicle handovers
Provide a professional, inclusive, and efficient service to customers both in person and remotely
Prepare rental documentation accurately and in line with company and regulatory requirements
Coordinate vehicle availability, cleaning schedules, and logistics
Manage customer queries, extensions, and returns with confidence and attention to detail
Maintain accurate records using internal systems and rental software
Ensure compliance with insurance, driving licence checks, and company procedures
Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment
About You
We are looking for someone who brings experience, reliability, and a strong customer mindset.
Essential:
Previous experience in vehicle rental, automotive services, or a customer-facing administrative role
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Confident using digital systems and Microsoft Office
Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
Experience within a dealership, fleet, or mobility services environment
Knowledge of rental compliance, insurance processes, or vehicle logistics
Ability to work calmly in a fast-paced setting
Established and respected automotive group with a strong local presence
