About the Role
- You’ll manage the journey of each vehicle from arrival at the dealership through to customer handover, supporting the
- Sales Manager and Sales Executives in delivering a seamless sales process.
- You’ll take ownership of photographing and advertising vehicles online, updating and posting customer offers, managing showroom presentation, and coordinating with valet teams.
- You’ll also be responsible for key storage, appraising used car stock, and ensuring everything is prepared and presented to a high standard – ready for customer viewings or handovers.
About You
- Someone with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, with experience in a customer service or administrative environment.
- Someone with a team player attitude, who can manage multiple tasks efficiently and always uphold dealership standards.
- Someone comfortable working with digital tools and systems, ideally with experience in using CRMs or online platforms for vehicle listings.
- Most importantly, someone who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes to ensure a premium customer experience on the forecourt.
