Vehicle Preparation & Delivery Coordinator - Toyota

New opportunity not to be missed! Vantage are looking for a Vehicle Preparation & Delivery Coordinator to join our team based in Toyota Leeds. In return you will receive a competitive salary of £28,090.45 per annum plus OTE and excellent benefits!

Our passion to provide the highest quality of customer service is key in everything we do and we now have an opportunity for a customer focused Progress Chaser to join our busy Sales team at Vantage Toyota Leeds.

This is a full-time role where you will be working 40 hours a week.

About the Role

Are you a highly organised individual with the ability to manage a variety of tasks? Becoming part of a successful and busy team, you will be responsible for the coordination of onsite vehicles.

As our Vehicle Preparation & Delivery Coordinator, you'll work closely with our Workshop, Cosmetic Repair and Valeting teams, you'll coordinate each stage of the vehicle preparation process, making sure work is completed to the required standard and within agreed timescales. You'll be responsible for ensuring our new and used vehicles are ready to be displayed and presented to customers, while also helping to keep the dealership site organised, professional and welcoming. 

This is a varied and hands-on role where organisation, communication and attention to detail really matter. You'll be working across different areas of the dealership and will have a direct impact on how our vehicles, and ultimately our brand, are presented to customers.

Our ideal Vehicle Preparation & Delivery Coordinator will:

Automotive or dealership experience would be beneficial, but we're also interested in hearing from highly organised candidates who have the right attitude, attention to detail and transferable coordination skills. Our Ideal candidate will:

• Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Have strong communication skills and enjoy working with people across different departments.
• Be proactive and confident in following tasks through to completion.
• Be able to work independently while also being a strong team player.
• Have the ability to prioritise and work accurately in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• You must also hold a full, clean UK driving licence
