Vertu MF Hyundai & Peugeot Admin Hub

We have an exciting opportunity for a Vehicle Administration Supervisor to join our team at the Vertu MF Hyundai & Peugeot Admin Hub.

This role will be based at our Vertu Hyundai Edinburgh East dealership, supporting Hyundai and Peugeot administration operations across the wider group.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced automotive administrator looking to take the next step in their career within one of the UK's leading motor retailers. Working closely with dealership sales teams and administration colleagues, you'll play a key role in supporting the smooth running of vehicle administration processes across multiple sites.

We're offering a basic salary of £29,000, plus an excellent range of company benefits and genuine opportunities for career development.

About the Role

As Vehicle Administration Supervisor, you'll take ownership of a designated site, working closely with the Sales Department to support vehicle deliveries and the day-to-day administration of the dealership.

You'll be responsible for ensuring key processes are completed accurately and efficiently while also supporting wider administration teams across the group when required. This is a varied role that combines hands-on vehicle administration duties with team support and coordination responsibilities.

Key duties will include:

  • Supporting the daily running of dealership vehicle administration processes
  • Working closely with the Sales Department to facilitate vehicle deliveries
  • Using Kerridge and Showroom systems to manage and update vehicle records
  • Checking MStore daily and assisting Sales Administrators in obtaining outstanding documentation
  • Maintaining high administrative standards and compliance levels
  • Supporting monthly vehicle re-age processes
  • Managing and maintaining tickets through the Vertu Helpdesk system
  • Assisting with fleet administration and month-end vehicle taxation using Hyway and Cronos
  • Providing support across additional sites during periods of holiday or absence
  • Covering aspects of Administration Manager responsibilities when required
  • Supporting and guiding administration colleagues across the wider team

Requirements

We're seeking an organised and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting both colleagues and customers.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience within a Vehicle Administration or Automotive Administration role
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Experience using Kerridge/Keyloop would be beneficial
  • Strong IT and numerical skills
  • The ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
  • A flexible and supportive approach to teamwork

Previous supervisory experience would be advantageous, although it is not essential for candidates who can demonstrate strong vehicle administration knowledge and leadership potential.

At Vertu Motors, we're proud to invest more in our colleagues' personal development than any other motor retailer. If successful, you'll benefit from ongoing training, career progression opportunities, and a supportive working environment that encourages personal and professional growth.

Our benefits package includes:

  • £29,000 basic salary
  • 25 days holiday rising with length of service, plus bank holidays
  • Access to our online rewards platform offering cashback and discounts with multiple retailers
  • Preferential Service Rates
  • Colleague Purchase Scheme
  • Share Incentive Scheme
  • Pension
  • Enhanced Maternity Benefits
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities
  • Excellent career progression across the Vertu Motors Group

If your application is successful, we will need to complete employment checks prior to you starting with us. These may include verification of recent employment, address history, credit history, and where applicable, criminal record and driving licence checks.

If you're an experienced vehicle administrator looking for a new challenge with greater responsibility and career progression, we'd love to hear from you.
