We are currently seeking a Trainee Sales Executive to join the sales team at Gates Peugeot | Leapmotor, Braintree.

In this position you will receive full support and industry leading manufacturer training, enabling you to become a successful Vehicle Sales Executive. You will learn all aspects of the role including communication and negotiation skills, customer awareness, and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate model features and technology to customers.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, keeping them informed through every step of the vehicle purchase.
• Undertake all possible effort to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Assist with the implementation of dealership events.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of products and technologies.
• Identify and develop opportunities to increase dealership awareness and interest in the brand.

Minimum requirements

• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• IT literate.
• Good organisational skills.
• An enthusiastic desire to succeed, and exceed sales targets.
• Outstanding customer handling skills.
• A full UK driving licence is essential.
