Job description
- Work with senior paint team to develop skills and knowledge.
- Apply learning to active tasks in workshop in-line with skills and workshop controller planning.
- Perform assigned body spraying and preparation tasks competently and within the required time scales.
- Monitor production output in line with PMD – Performance Management Document
- Continuously develop and maintain skills in all aspects of body spraying for all vehicle models.
