This is an extremely rare and exciting opportunity to be a part of a new area of the Vindis Audi Aftersales programme! We are looking for a motivated SMART Repair Technicians to join our Cambridge Audi site, within an innovative and well-established organisation.

About the Role

As an Audi SMART Repair Technician, you will be an integral member of the Aftersales Team, ensuring that all vehicles are repaired to the highest industry standards. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional workmanship while safeguarding customer vehicles and maintaining an organised and compliant workshop environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Performing SMART repairs on vehicles, including paintwork and alloy wheels.
• Polishing vehicles to ensure quality finish.
• Identifying and rectifying any imperfections on vehicle surfaces.
• Maintaining knowledge of different paint types and application technique.
• Ensuring that all customer vehicles are handled with the upmost care, and returned in a clean and professional condition.

• Adhering strictly to all Company, manufacturer and industry safety guidelines.
• Maintaining exemplary standards of housekeeping within your working area.

Essential Criteria:

• A minimum of two years experience in SMART vehicle repairs, either in passenger or commercial vehicles
• Any IMI recognised qualifications considered
• Highly motivated to consistently achieve individual targets
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy of workmanship
• Full UK driving licence

Desirable Criteria:

• Alloy wheel (both diamond and standard) refinishing experience
• Qualified in paintless dent removal
