Smart Repair Paint Technician

This role offers a basic salary of £34k with on-target earnings up to £40k

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Smart Paint Technician to join our team in Gloucester.

As a Smart Paint Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality cosmetic vehicle repairs to manufacturer and company standards. Your duties will include:

• SMART repairs and localised paintwork
• Preparing, masking, and applying paint finishes
• Colour matching and paint blending
• Minor bodywork and paint repairs
• Ensuring all repairs are completed to the highest standard
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional working environment
• Delivering excellent workmanship while working efficiently and effectively

• Have previous experience as a SMART Repair Technician or Paint Technician
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and take pride in your work
• Be highly skilled in colour matching and paint blending
• Work efficiently while consistently maintaining high-quality standards
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• IMI Qualification – Level 3
