As a Site Supervisor at Mercedes-Benz, you’ll take control of our used vehicle preparation, making sure every car is reconditioned, cleaned and ready for sale within the timeframes agreed with the General Sales Manager. Working closely with our Aftersales team and leading our valeting team, you’ll ensure every vehicle meets Approved Used Standards and that our showroom is always presented to the highest standard - helping us deliver the exceptional experience our customers expect every time they visit.

Your Journey as a Site Supervisor
- Manage vehicle preparation within agreed timeframes, liaising with the Aftersales team to ensure every car meets Approved Used Standards
- Arrange the reconditioning of used cars, including smart repairs and Body Centre repairs where required
- Coordinate the cleaning and display of vehicles, including price hangers, number plate covers
- Keep the showroom presentable at all times and well stocked with cars that are displayed to the highest standard
- Supervise and allocate work to the valeting team based on business priorities, maintaining high standards of quality, output and conduct
- Carry out quality checks on all cars leaving the valeting area, ensuring they are cleaned to the required standard
- Support dealership promotional events, preparing cars, flags, banners and everything needed for them to run smoothly
- Ensure company cars are washed regularly so the business is always well represented
- Assist with vehicle handovers to customers when required, following our vehicle sales procedures
- Stay up to date with product knowledge on our franchises and their competitor marques
Do you have what it takes to succeed in the role of Site Supervisor? We’re looking for someone who has:
- Experience in vehicle preparation, valeting or a similar role within a dealership or automotive environment
- Supervisory or team leadership experience, with the ability to allocate work, motivate others and maintain high standards
- Excellent organisation and planning skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality and vehicle presentation
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to work closely with Sales and Aftersales teams
- A full UK driving licence
- A genuine passion for the automotive industry and delivering outstanding customer experiences
