Showroom Host

We are looking for a warm, confident and professional Showroom Host to be the welcoming face of our Gloucester Škoda dealership.

Monday - Friday 8am - 3pm 32.5 hours per week.

As our Showroom Host, you will be the first point of contact for all customers visiting our dealership or contacting us by phone. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers promptly, courteously and professionally
• Directing customers to the correct department
• Answering and managing incoming calls, taking accurate messages where required
• Offering refreshments and ensuring the reception and showroom areas remain clean and presentable
• Supporting the team with general administrative duties

• Be enthusiastic, organised, IT literate and smart in appearance
• Have an exceptional and confident telephone manner
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly, positive approach
• Work well as part of a team and show initiative
• Ideally have at least 1 years’ experience in a similar customer-facing role
• Be available to work Monday – Friday 8am – 3pm

The Service team

Working in the Service team at Mon Motors means supporting customers throughout their ownership experience and ensuring every vehicle is maintained to the highest standard. From managing bookings and keeping customers informed to coordinating with technicians in the workshop, you help deliver a smooth and professional aftersales service.

You will be part of a focused team that values clear communication, accuracy, and proactive organisation. Whether you are advising on maintenance work, preparing job cards, or ensuring vehicles are ready for collection, your role is essential to the efficiency of our aftersales operations. With structured training, modern systems, and strong managerial support, you will have the tools to build your knowledge and provide a consistently reliable service to every customer.
