At Marshall Skoda Oxford , we're looking for a skilled Service Technician to join our successful aftersales team. Working from our modern site in a fantastic location opposite Kidlington High Street, you'll be part of a close-knit workshop that prides itself on delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality workmanship.

- Excellent earning potential with a £48,250 OTE based on time saved and team performance.
- Career development and progression through Skoda manufacturer training, with all Technicians supported to become accredited within 24 months of joining.
- A supportive, stable workshop team of 6 Technicians, including Service and PDI Technicians, who work collaboratively and share knowledge.
- Busy, productive site processing 20-25 customer vehicles per day, alongside supporting the preparation of approximately 125 new and used vehicle sales each month.

We're looking for
- You’ll carry out servicing and maintenance on a range of vehicles, including diagnostic, warranty and repair work.
- You’ll handle a variety of vehicle maintenance tasks, from oil changes to cambelt changes, supported by digital write-ups and job card completion.
- You’ll conduct electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs) in line with Marshall standards.
- Someone with a recognised Level 3 qualification (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent).
- Someone with previous experience as a Service Technician/Mechanic, ideally with exposure to both warranty and servicing work.
- Someone with strong teamwork skills, who follows process and upholds high standards of safety and quality.
- Someone with a MOT Licence is a plus – full training can be provided if not yet qualified.
- Most importantly, someone eager to learn as this role will test you, but also help you develop and progress within your Mechanic careers with our manufacturer accreditation training.
