Service Quality Specialist

We are currently looking to recruit a Service Quality Specialist for our Porsche Dealership in Hull.

The hours of work are 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday as well as 1 in 2 Saturdays, 8:30am to 1:30pm. OTE of up to £34,000 plus benefits.

Description

This unique role in our Service department will provide technical support in the effective claiming & processing of warranty work. Ideally you will have come from a technical or warranty based background, but is looking to Listers for better reward & career opportunities.

The role responsibilities will include:

• Identifying potential warranty work.
• Liaising with the manufacturer to authorise works.
• Processing warranty claims within manufacturer guide lines and time frames.
• Scheduling warranty work with the workshop.
• Ensuring that under and over payments are appealed.
• Monitoring profitability and revenue of the department.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar aftersales role is preferred, although training will be provided to meet the criteria required for this position.
• A well-presented individual with the desire, character and attitude to succeed.
• The successful candidate will have solid experience of Excel, Word and other Microsoft applications.
