Job description
- Develop Service Department plans and budgets to achieve financial, marketing, and sales targets.
- Create and agree upon organisational structures and headcount plans to ensure efficient objective achievement.
- Conduct recruitment processes in adherence to Company policies and procedures.
- Ensure annual colleague appraisals are conducted, and training plans are implemented.
- Hold regular team briefings and maintain written records of these.
