IT Service Desk Agent Lookers Head Office Manchester – Remote UK with occasional travel Contract Type: 6 month FTC Salary: £26,000 - £27,000 pa Hours: (37.5) Shift patterns - Monday to Friday 07:30 - 18:00, Saturday 08:00 - 16:00

We are looking for a 1st line IT Service Desk Agent to join our busy and innovative team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone searching for their first IT role, or an experienced 1st Line Agent looking for a new challenge with an industry leader.

As a first line IT Service Desk Agent, you will play a critical role in helping us provide a seamless customer experience and ensuring that we continually surpass their expectations. You'll be responsible for ensuring all incidents are handled in accordance with the SLA and KPIs.

• You must have previous demonstrable experience working in a busy environment and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

• Understanding of MS 365, Entra and Active Directory
