About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key link between our customers and workshop team, ensuring every customer receives a professional, efficient and enjoyable experience from start to finish.

You'll be responsible for managing customer enquiries, coordinating service and repair work, and ensuring customers are kept informed throughout their vehicle's journey. Your ability to communicate clearly, build trust and deliver exceptional service will play a vital role in maintaining our high customer satisfaction standards.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Welcoming customers and managing service bookings
• Providing advice on vehicle servicing, maintenance and repair work
• Keeping customers updated throughout the service and repair process
• Liaising closely with technicians and workshop colleagues
• Identifying and recommending relevant products and services that add value for customers
• Managing customer expectations and resolving queries professionally
• Achieving individual and team performance targets
• Following up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor industry
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• The ability to build strong customer relationships and provide a first-class experience
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
• A proactive and positive attitude
• A full UK driving licence
