We have an opportunity for a Service Advisor to join our team at Volkswagen Van Centre in Poole.
As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between our customers and the workshop team, delivering a professional and seamless aftersales experience. You will be responsible for keeping customers informed throughout the service and repair process, providing expert advice, and ensuring every customer receives a premium level of service.

Your responsibilities will include:
What you will need to be a Service Advisor at our Volkswagen Van Centre:
Hours of work will be 45 hours a week, Monday to Friday - 8.00 am to 18.00 pm

A competitive salary of £31,000. Plus, an uncapped bonus plan, OTE £37,000.
