The role
Our Service Advisors coordinate between our workshop and customers to provide our customers with excellent service and knowledge. As a Service Advisor you will be:
Providing a warm welcome to customers and booking in vehicles.
Identifying customers' requirements and where possible, supplying an accurate fully inclusive costing.
Monitoring workshop hours, to provide an efficient service to customers
Giving customers a full explanations of work carried out, making the most of any additional selling opportunities.
Carrying out administration such as producing job cards, invoices, estimates, and updating customer's accounts.
About You
You will need:
Customer service experience
Excellent communication skills and warm telephone manner
Ability to multi-task within a busy environment
Comfortable using different computer systems
Automotive background, or Service Advisor experience, highly desirable
Location
Barnstaple, North Devon
Salary
Dependent on experience and qualifications to be discussed at interview
Working Hours
Monday to Friday (with Saturday on a rota)
