DescriptionWe are looking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor for our JCB Skoda site in Maidstone, Kent.
Your role will be to receive customers and their vehicles, in a friendly and professional manner, plus discuss and confirm their requirements. You will also take responsibility for the customer relationship whilst their vehicle is in for a service or repair.
You will be very influential, kind and thorough with everything you do and have the customers' best interests at heart.
Working Hours
Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:30 with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break
Saturdays 08:30 - 12:30 on a 1 in 3 rota basis
