Service Advisor

Porsche Centre Swindon is looking for a professional, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Aftersales team. This is an exciting opportunity to represent one of the world's most prestigious automotive brands while delivering an exceptional customer experience at every stage of the ownership journey.

With an earning potential of £30,000 - £43,500 OTE, this role is ideal for an experienced Service Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building lasting customer relationships.

As the key link between our customers and workshop, you will ensure every interaction reflects the premium standards, precision, and attention to detail synonymous with the Porsche brand.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers requiring servicing, maintenance, and repair work.
• Deliver a first-class customer experience, ensuring every customer receives a professional and personalised service.
• Clearly communicate vehicle work requirements, progress updates, and recommendations throughout the customer journey.
• Liaise closely with the Workshop Manager and Technicians to ensure work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
• Manage customer expectations and ensure all service processes are completed accurately and compliantly.
• Support the achievement of departmental performance and customer satisfaction objectives.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in a Service Advisor position within the automotive industry.
• A full UK Driving Licence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and trust.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive and adaptable approach, with the confidence to thrive in a busy retail environment.
• A professional and customer-focused attitude, alongside a sound understanding of automotive products and services.
