We are offering a basic salary of £35,000, plus an excellent range of company benefits.
As a Senior Service Advisor, you will play a pivotal role within the Service department, leading by example and supporting the wider team to deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will act as the main point of contact between our customers and workshop, whilst helping to drive performance, maintain high standards and ensure customer satisfaction remains at the heart of everything we do.
You will be responsible for setting customer expectations, providing regular updates throughout the service and repair process, identifying sales opportunities for additional products and services, and ensuring every customer receives exceptional service from start to finish. In addition, you will support the Service Manager with the day-to-day running of the department, assist with coaching and mentoring colleagues, and help drive departmental performance and efficiencies.
For this role, we are looking for an experienced Service Advisor with a proven track record within a busy automotive aftersales environment. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, a customer-first approach, and the ability to perform under pressure are essential. Experience supporting or mentoring colleagues and working towards departmental targets would be highly advantageous.
