Sales Executive

This role offers a basic salary of £20k with on-target earnings up to £48.5k

An opportunity has arisen for a talented, creative individual to join our Weston-Super-Mare Sales Team.

• You will take pride in engaging with customers face-to-face and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service

• You will apply a consistent sales process in order to achieve total customer satisfaction

• You will make recommendations on products that meet the customer’s requirements and guide them through the sales process

• You will be able to meet agreed sales volumes and profit targets

• Have a proven track record in sales for both new and used cars

• Have worked in a fast-paced environment with a controlled sales process

• Have experience in a highly focused, customer facing role

• Have excellent interpersonal/customer skills

• This is a full-time role covering the sales department opening times

Working in Sales at Mon Motors means guiding customers through one of the most important purchases they make. From understanding their needs and presenting suitable vehicles to arranging test drives and explaining finance options, you help deliver a clear, professional, and enjoyable buying experience.

You will be part of a motivated team that values product knowledge, accuracy, and strong communication skills.
