Sales Executive

This role offers a basic salary of £20k with on-target earnings up to £48.5k

Beyond achieving sales targets, you will play a crucial role in customer retention—ensuring every Audi owner feels valued, understood, and supported throughout their entire ownership journey.

• Provide exceptional face-to-face customer service
• Follow a consistent and customer-centric sales process
• Identify customer needs and support them through the entire buying journey
• Work toward agreed sales targets, proactively following up on leads and enquiries

• Thrives in a customer-facing environment and takes pride in achieving results
• Listens attentively and shows a genuine interest in customer needs
• Has an approachable, engaging, and professional manner
• Is enthusiastic, ambitious, and driven to meet—and exceed—sales targets
• Ha ve a min imum of 2 years sales experience within the motor trade is desirable but not essential
• Is passionate about the Audi brand and delivering a truly premium customer experience

Cheltenham Audi joined the Mon Motors family in 2024, becoming our most northerly Audi Centre.

Situated close to Junction 11 of the M5 motorway, the Centre is easily commutable from Gloucester, Tewkesbury, Cirencester, and the surrounding areas. Our teams support customers across Sales, Aftersales, Administration, and the Workshop while representing Audi’s latest vehicles and technology.

The Sales team

Working in Sales at Mon Motors means guiding customers through one of the most important purchases they make. From understanding their needs and presenting suitable vehicles to arranging test drives and explaining finance options, you help deliver a clear, professional, and enjoyable buying experience.

You will be part of a motivated team that values product knowledge, accuracy, and strong communication skills. Whether you are managing enquiries, preparing handovers, or coordinating with our finance and aftersales departments, your role ensures a smooth and transparent process for every customer.
