Your role

Every day is different, but you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional experience while helping customers find the Jaguar that's right for them.

You'll

• Create memorable customer experiences from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover, delivering a personalised and premium service at every stage.
• Build expert knowledge of Jaguar's products, technologies, and services, becoming a trusted advisor who represents the brand with confidence and pride.
• Manage and maximise every sales opportunity, converting enquiries into appointments and appointments into lasting customer relationships.
• Guide customers through the entire sales journey, identifying their needs and recommending the products, accessories, finance solutions, and protection packages that best suit their lifestyle.
• Deliver outstanding customer outcomes while consistently achieving individual sales, finance, and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Ensure all sales activities are completed in line with FCA regulations and company processes, always treating customers fairly and acting with integrity.
