Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding experience by exceeding our customer expectations throughout their journey with us.
• Deliver a speedy response to customer enquiries who are seeking to purchase our fantastic new and used vehicles, by managing enquiries through all channels including digital, phone and walk-ins with a consultative approach.
• Provide customers with an unrivalled level of customer service from qualification to handover.
• Develop and maintain your knowledge of the MINI products and models through brand and group training.
• Maintain the high standards of MINI and Dick Lovett Group.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

Requirements

• At least 2 years' of experience of being a Sales Executive with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Full UK Driving Licence

Working at MINI Melksham

Our newest MINI dealership is based in Melksham, near Bath, and opened in 2022. MINI Melksham is easy to locate via the A350 which runs from Chippenham to Warminster.

The state-of-the-art building relocated from Bath to a new facility with a 27-bay workshop which is shared with the BMW brand. The new showroom has space for 7 MINIs as well as the “Retail Next” showroom layout which is both modern and welcoming for customers.
