We are looking for a confident and customer focused Car Sales Advisor to join our Nottingham dealership and represent the Ford & Changan brands in new & used vehicles.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Delivering an exceptional customer experience
Guiding customers through the full sales journey, from initial enquiry to handover
Building strong relationships that encourage repeat business
Achieving sales targets and contributing to overall dealership performance
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in a customer facing or sales role (automotive background is helpful but not essential)
Strong communication skills and a professional approach
Genuine interest in electric vehicles and the future of automotive technology
A proactive, driven attitude with the ability to work well in a team
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
