What You’ll Be Doing

Carrying out machine polishing to remove blemishes, imperfections, and surface defects

Refining paintwork to achieve a flawless, high-gloss finish

Inspecting completed work to ensure it meets Steer Automotive Group’s quality standards

Maintaining a clean and organised workspace, following health and safety guidelines

Supporting the wider workshop team to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results

What We’re Looking For

Experience as a polish technician, detailer, or in a similar vehicle finishing role would be desirable, along with knowledge of polishing techniques and finishing products

Passionate about working in the automotive industry and building a career in the bodyshop

Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach

A commitment to quality, integrity, and customer satisfaction

The ability to work independently and as part of a team
