Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: £31,000 plus £3,000 Productivity Bonus and uncapped Time Saved Bonus Scheme

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5 pm, Saturday on rota basis

We are recruiting for a PDI Technician to join their fantastic workshop. While working alongside our other experienced technicians, you will play a vital role, carrying out Pre Delivery Inspections on new cars also preparation, servicing and repairs of used cars to approved standards. Here at Colchester Land Rover, you will be reporting to the Aftersales Manager, where you will be given on-going support to ensure that you have the tools needed to be able to perform to the very best! We can also offer you excellent career progression and training opportunities, including manufacturer accredited schemes, as well as Hybrid & Electric training to accelerate your career further! Our technicians play a vital role within our Service team by delivering first class customer service every time. We want you to be part of our success. • Carry out Pre-Delivery Inspections on new and used vehicles and diagnosis • Ensures effective use of technical knowledge and skills enabling efficient, economic and safe servicing and repair of vehicles • Demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service • Builds effective working relationships with colleagues • Completes repair and service records/ other appropriate activities • Complete all relevant paperwork to a high standard
