Due to continued growth, we're looking for a motivated and customer-focused PDI & Compound Support Coordinator to join our team.
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive PDI & Compound Support Coordinator to join our team in Exeter. This is a key role within the business, where you will support the efficient progression, preparation and movement of vehicles across the dealership.
What you'll be doing
Move vehicles from compound for pre-delivery inspection
Maintain accurate drive and compound stock records
Manage and control key storage
Collect accessories from Parts to support vehicle preparation
Carry out ad hoc vehicle movements, including to workshops, body shops, and other group sites
Check in transporters and inspect incoming vehicles
Fuel and charge vehicles to ensure readiness for operational use
Inspect incoming vehicles and report any transit damage in line with company procedures
Requirements
We're looking for individuals who are driven, personable and passionate. You'll ideally have:
Full, clean UK driving licence
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Good communication and teamwork skills
Proactive, reliable and flexible approach
Previous experience in an automotive or dealership environment (desirable)
Experience in vehicle logistics, stock control, or workshop coordination (desirable)
Understanding of PDI processes and vehicle preparation (desirable)

Salary
£26,436.80
Working schedule
40 hours per week
This role involved a combination of outdoor and indoor duties. This is an active role requiring frequent movement across site and vehicle handling.
