Parts Telesales Specialist

At Marshall Motor Group, we’re offering an exciting opportunity for a proactive and well-organised Parts Telesales Specialist to join our busy Trade Parts team and support our Parts Plus operations.
In this role
Accurately identifying Parts for specific Vehicles
Providing expert advice on Parts
Fulfilling Customer orders over the phone, e-mail and Customer App
Building strong relationships with both new and existing Customers
Providing a high level of Customer service

With 58 Centres covering the UK, supported by a PartsPlus team of more than 1,300, with a fleet in excess of 500 Vehicles, making over 8,000 deliveries every day, we’re just a call away for Parts and Consumables for all Vehicles.
