We’re looking for an experienced Parts Supervisor to join our Volkswagen dealership in Wolverhampton

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Receiving, checking, and correctly storing all stock daily
  • Picking, packing, and dispatching parts and orders accurately and efficiently
  • Ensuring departmental records are kept up to date and filing systems maintained
  • Ordering parts and accessories under the guidance of the Service Manager
  • Promoting excellent customer service through courteous and efficient handling
  • Ensuring all company policies and Dealership Operating Standards are adhered to

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Parts Supervisor within an automotive parts environment
  • Highly motivated, organised, and efficient with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to maximise departmental success while maintaining professionalism
  • Team player who can motivate and lead colleagues effectively
