At Vertu Land Rover Chesterfield, we're looking for a motivated and proactive Parts Supervisor to join our aftersales team. Working with one of the world's most iconic automotive brands, you'll be part of a business that is passionate about customer service, operational excellence, and colleague development.

This is a full-time, permanent role (Monday–Friday, no weekends) offering a £31,095 basic salary, excellent company benefits, and access to industry-leading training and development opportunities.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a busy Parts operation, develop a talented team, and play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for both internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising the daily operation of the Parts Department
• Driving departmental performance and profitability
• Managing stock levels, inventory control, and resource utilisation
• Supporting and developing Parts Advisors through coaching and leadership
• Ensuring excellent service for retail, trade, and internal customers
• Maintaining high standards of organisation, efficiency, and compliance
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and business growth
• Supporting the achievement of departmental objectives and business targets

Requirements

We're seeking an experienced Parts professional with a proven track record in a supervisory or management position within a dealership Parts Department.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• The ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A commercially focused mindset with the ability to drive performance and profitability
