At Marshall Volkswagen Milton Keynes, we’re offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated Parts Supervisor to join our team and take ownership of driving parts sales and department efficiency.

In this role

We're looking for

• You’ll lead and motivate the parts department, ensuring stock levels are well managed and sales targets are met.
• You'll develop marketing strategies to maximise sales to trade and retail customers while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
• You will oversee accurate administration and data management, provide regular feedback to your team, and maintain strong supplier relationships.

About You

• Someone with previous experience as a parts advisor or supervisor, ideally from a franchised dealership environment.
• Someone who follows processes and procedures confidently and is motivated to maintain high standards of Health & Safety.
