Parts Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven Parts Manager to lead the parts department of our busy Volkswagen site. This is a key role responsible for overseeing the team and delivering exceptional customer service to both internal teams and our retail customers.

• Manage daily operations of the parts department to ensure efficiency and profitability
• Maintain optimal stock levels through effective inventory control and ordering
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets
• Lead, train, and motivate the parts team to deliver excellent customer service
• Work closely with the service and sales departments to support overall dealership operations
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with company and manufacturer standards
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally

• Proven experience as a Parts Manager or Senior Parts Advisor in the automotive industry
• Experience within the VAG group would be a distinct advantage
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts, systems, and dealership operations
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Commercial awareness with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in dealership management systems (DMS)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
